Developing the skills to use the notes and lectures is very much important and crucial rather than challenging. There are some characteristics that a listener requires for using the lectures effectively. In order to use the lecture for future use, one should have to improve the situation by avoiding the obstacles. After listening, the second step is to understand the lecture. Mind maps are a diagrammatic process of organizing data from the lectures. One of the most important difficulties that an individual faces while collecting information from the notes is that the individual realizes that 60% of the information is not important. During a survey of a chapter, it is always advised to spend less time. After setting a purpose, the first thing that an individual requires to do is questioning.
